As an International Business Development Manager at Omicsveu, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and establishing strategic partnerships across international markets. You will work closely with our distributors, national accounts, and internal teams to expand our presence and impact in the molecular pathology and omics technology sectors.Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and execute international business development strategies to grow the business in target markets.
• Develop and manage relationships with distributors, fostering long-term partnerships to drive sales and expand market share.
• Manage and grow existing national and strategic accounts while identifying opportunities to create new revenue streams.
• Develop and implement strategies to engage with new distributors, ensuring successful market entry and penetration.
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of distribution plans and strategies.
• Utilize your industry knowledge and experience to drive sales of tumor diagnosis, tissue diagnosis, molecular pathology, and omics technology products.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to refine business strategies and identify opportunities for growth.

Qualifications:

• BS/MS degree in Life Sciences or related field. An MBA from a top-tier institution is required.
• At least 5 years of experience in business development, with a focus on the life sciences or diagnostic industries.
• Strong background in managing national and strategic accounts.
• Proven experience in developing and managing business through distributors.
• Prior international business development experience is preferred but not essential.
• Expertise in tumor diagnosis, tissue diagnosis, molecular pathology, and omics technology is a plus.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work independently, thinks strategically, and drives results in a fast-paced environment.
