Business Development

Job Summary:

The member would be an integral member of the value acceleration team and responsible for business development.

This role will lead to a business development role for the international market.

Initially, the candidate will be trained and groomed for business development in the international market. 6 months to 1 year

,

• Support identifying future market trends, developments, and customer needs and translate them into growth opportunities
• Monitor, track, and analyze the projects from CRM, and share key insight with the regional leader
• Performs cross-functional collaboration and co-ordination of processes to support the projects in the pipeline
• Closely work with the regional business creation team and KAM to steer business development activities
• Participate in training on benefit selling, application, and innovation process
• Manage and maintain MIS, sales opportunities, leads, visit reports, and technical & formulation requests on the CRM tool, salesforce.

Roles & Responsibilities for post-training:

• Responsible for creating new leads, converting leads to win business
• Ensure relationship management with customers at senior levels.
• Identify, collect, analyze, and disseminate market intelligence on the new products to the strategic marketing and product management team
• Liaise with the sales and application team to proactively support solving customer challenges and requirements.
• Manage and maintain sales opportunities, leads, visit reports, and technical & formulation requests on the CRM tool, salesforce.
• Provide support to customers on product applications, process optimization, and troubleshooting challenges related to the adoption of new products by the customer
• Provide training and know-how of concepts and formulations to customers
