Role & responsibilities

• Assist in the design, development, and delivery of training programs and workshops.
• Conduct research on modern learning trends, tools, and methodologies to enhance training effectiveness.
• Support the creation of e-learning materials, presentations, and training documentation.
• Assist in evaluating training programs' effectiveness through surveys, feedback, and analytics.
• Coordinate logistics for training sessions, including scheduling, venue setup, and communication with participants.
• Maintain and update L&D databases and records.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify skill gaps and training needs.
• Provide administrative support to the L&D team.

Preferred candidate profile

Education: Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Psychology, or related fields.

Skills

• Strong interest in L&D, employee engagement, and organizational growth.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel); familiarity with e-learning platforms is a plus.
• Executive and systems mindset.
• Good project management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to take end -to -end initiative.
