Bikayi has got good executives which the upper management hasn't recognised yet.

Bikayi doesn't have a proper management team, which allows employees to provide necessary seamless experience for the clients. The management team are acting like a startup company which doesn't even have a properly set Vision or even an ideal strategy of approach.

The team leaders were friendly and empathized with the team members. The team members were very cooperative. They have helped each other find jobs after the mass firing at Bikayi.

Dislikes

The management is insensitive to employees' needs. No job security. Permanent WFH that was promised during hiring, suddenly ended and those who could no0t relocate were forced to resign. Poor work-life balance. A couple of times I have worked even till midnight to complete my work. Employees are not valued. Even the most efficient employees can be fired at will. If u want to ruin your career go and work in this place. They will teach you how a good lesson in how to sustain in a bad corporate world where you will hear bad words from your customers but still you have to be patient enough bcoz the company has looted all of their money and with that money only they r giving u the salary so just have to keep ur mouth shut and listen to abuses of the client
