They gives only order, not solve any query of sales staff , destributer problem like damage , not any promotion in particular area , not visited market, only visit distributer point to take some fast food & tea & spend whole day at super point & distributer point & give false Report. Dislikes

They discontinue the Health Insurance Policy. Strict 9 hours working. Company don't want to spent on there employees. Variable pay is part if salary, but they pay it as per there moods. They do deduction of 20 to 100% in variable pay. They are really don't care about there employees.
