To help mitigate workload stress, we have implemented policies that encourage open feedback from all team members. Regular 1-on-1 meetings with managers and HR provide a dedicated space for individuals to share their thoughts, concerns, and ideas. This ensures that workloads remain balanced and manageable, preventing them from becoming overwhelming. Further, We are committed to fostering a harmonious work environment and actively discourage behaviors that may disrupt the collaborative culture we're building. Our communication channels are designed to not only deliver top-down information but also to ensure that every team member's voice is heard and valued as we continue to improve together. Additionally, In our efforts to create a well-rounded work experience, we organize events such as Fun Fridays, celebrations, and team lunches. These activities serve as a break from the routine, strengthening connections and camaraderie among team members. On the technology front, innovation is at the heart of who we are. We continuously stay up-to-date with the latest tech stacks and regularly host knowledge-sharing sessions on emerging technology trends and AI. BigStep has not experienced any mass layoffs. We are proud of our strong employee retention, with many team members having been with us since the company's inception. Our appraisal system is designed to be fair and performance-based, free from bias, ensuring that everyone’s contributions are recognized objectively.
