I really enjoyed working in BigBasket. I have learnt a lot from BigBasket. The company's policies are very good but the company's ground level team, which we call management, needs a lot of improvement.

Overall a good workplace with great service and nice staff. Companies policies are focused on their employees as well and one can raise his skill level over the time working here.

Company is good because of Tata group owning, but management is terrible there is no proper process in warehouse and always pressure.

Dislikes

There are many basic amenities is not provided in warehouse and somebody has to wait 4 hours to attend interview in warehouse and after that also Wh manager is not willing to take interview it's disgusting as applicant.

In Big basket lot of partiality is there . Employee who is working hard they doesn't have any respect for his work. Ande Arvind get terminated because they are told that they are not performer and they are being terminated

There is a personal targets from reporting manager. There is no chance to improve new things and no chance to speak also. Completely I felt toxic culture because few Reporting managers having powers and they are Miss using powers by torturing employees just because of personal targets
