The co workers are good and the only thing you'll like about in the big basket

The operation controller(Basavaraj battur) and the hub manager(channaveer)are really very egoistic and nasty they just fire you if you don't behave like you're a slave for them without any notice things need to be fixed and come in notice of the higher authorities or the proprietor himself regarding them

Training was good. Training atmosphere was good. Hub manager is friendly. Two operation controller also kind and friendly. Hr department needs to work on Thier responsibility. Co-workers are amazing and helpful.

Dislikes

Salary delay often, nobody to share issue. Hr fail to solve employees salary and punching issues. Salary comes with delay in 10 days than the said date.

Work Details

Very stress full, hectic and there won't be time to relax. You would feel like a run machine. Eat sleep and work. That's how the life goes with big basket.
