Bad decision by moving from Flipkart, decision made regional level, no centralised decision, lot of politics and blind trust on referral candidate, cals was so pinpoint and degreding manner, simply using TATA name while joining no benifits and really pathetic 3mns look for job now

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
