The work pressure is insane. Managers are rude and inexperienced. It’s not possible to strike a work life balance here. The work is dated and mundane. The salary is not up to industry standards. There is absolutely no incentive for employees to remain in the company.

I joined on October 2022 as a segregator. Till today i have learnt many kinds of working skills from that position. As i learnt from Bigbasket are order delivery, costomer healing with very smoothly, management the warehouse, inventory management and many more. BB
