The work culture is very nice but a disclaimer here- it depends on your manager. HR policy in general are not very employee friendly. You have a lot of say in the company, founders are also reachable for quality discussions.

Dislikes

Chaotic as almost all startups are. No concrete product roadmap is followed. Things are done on the basis of some wild assumptions made at high level.
