Shift incharge should treat every supervisor equally is not happening and in interview I was supposed to working near my location and now after joining given different location travelling 3 hours daily

Highly demotivational environment. They daily have 3 to 4 meetings. You will get very less time to perform on ground and get the results. Also they have multiple Boss environment where you will have to report to multiple people at same time.

There is a personal targets from reporting manager. There is no chance to improve new things and no chance to speak also. Completely I felt toxic culture because few Reporting managers having powers and they are Miss using powers by torturing employees just because of personal targets

after the year of 2023 corporate politics are high don't have job security and only politics guys are leading regions, and they are promoting and taking their own team without any reason the old employees were thrown with political games.
