In Big basket lot of partiality is there . Employee who is working hard they doesn't have any respect for his work. Ande Arvind get terminated because they are told that they are not performer and they are being terminated

There is a personal targets from reporting manager. There is no chance to improve new things and no chance to speak also. Completely I felt toxic culture because few Reporting managers having powers and they are Miss using powers by torturing employees just because of personal targets
