In terms of work-life balance, our office hours are from 10 am to 7 pm, allowing our employees to maintain a healthy balance between work and personal life. Additionally, we have a well-defined organizational chart in place at BIGOHTECH, facilitating clear communication and coordination among departments, minimizing office politics and frustration.
