Thank you for sharing your feedback. I would like to inform you that our bonding policy applies exclusively to freshers and does not extend to experienced employees. We hire permanent employees with the probation period of 6 months and 2 month notice period. BigOh provides flexible work hours for it's employees and we work for 5 days a week only, Monday to Friday, 10am - 7pm. You may write back to us at hr@bigohtech.com.
