This ensures they have the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles. In terms of work-life balance, our office hours are from 10 am to 7 pm, allowing our employees to maintain a healthy balance between work and personal life. Additionally, we have a well-defined organizational chart in place at BIGOHTECH, facilitating clear communication and coordination among departments, minimizing office politics and frustration. We would like to enlighten you that we believe in constructive feedback and would appreciate if you could help us understand the reason behind mentioning worst management. BigOh provides flexible work hours for it's employees and we work for 5 days a week only, Monday to Friday, 10am - 7pm. You may write back to us at hr@bigohtech.com.
