Work environment is good, our ZM & AM is very supportive and friendly. At lockdown the company has supported alot while sitting at home we received 50% of our salaries where many of the people's have loss theirs jobs so thanks to God and our management's.

Dislikes

Timing is hampering our personal life, we don't get in off time for our self and family unnecessary zoom calls and reports ruining our life.

Work environment was god. Our manager was supportive and friendly. During lockdown I got 50% of salary for several months while just sitting at home. But after unlock company told me to give resignation as company wanted reduce some man power. That was very pathetic experience for me.

There's no such exact reason that dislike about working at Biba. But after lockdown I lost my job and it was very pathetic condition for me.

As per me BIBA have taken care of all there employees. There is little ups and downs which was usually normal in crises period and it is acceptable. Enjoying working in this circumstances.

Brand has good ground grip in India Market

Dislikes

Everything in short till VP is there in the system the brand will vanish 5 years down the line. Also East is struggling because of current ZM. HR must interview and often should take feedback of these people.
