The atmosphere of company is friendly but there is no job seniority at all .Company can dismissed u at any time and without any further notice. Payment system is more terrible is there.salary created after 3-4 months In your joining stage .U have to work 3-4 month without salary . No bonus .No increment .Nothing even if u stay overtime in extra duty .U have to purchase ur own food and you will get no overtime or c off for that After reading this is only money is your only moto in life .You can join that company at your own risk...Read More

I was looking for work and I got at Bhushan, that was the only good thing.

Dislikes

The company has to work hard in areas of health and safety of its employees. Bhushan was a very unsafe place to work back in 2003. A strong commitment and direction from the management is needed to change the safety culture. A number of accidents/ fatalities could have been avoided if safety procedures were adopted and practically put in place by the management. Incompetent managers reverberated the feeling of short term gains instead of long term profits. Unskilled labour was used to operate machinery without any proper knowledge, resulting in incidents which went unrecorded. The clear motto of the company was Productivity at the expense of safety. In the end I would say if U don't have a job Bhushan is the perfect place to work, but be careful you come out in one piece at the end of your shift....Read More
