I'm really happy to be part of it. As a fresher when I joined after college as a DET, it's out of my mind whatever I have to do there or which job will hand over to me . But I was put on a project which was really great to me to learn. So it wasn't so easy whenever you join as a freshy. But I got my seniors like a guardian there. Within 2 years we able to complete the project & successfully commissioned. It has a great environment in which you can freely mix up . It was really a memorable journey......Read More

Preferably nothing like this . But you know poor communication is a big problem in a workplace.The issue starts when employees avoid speaking forthright to their employers for fear of retribution. And one thing I like to say that ' The lack of opportunity of growth '. An Employee works there where he find his satisfaction !! May be I wrong ..

They taught me a lot of softwares and systems to excel in my work such as autocad, MS project, Aspen plus. Management was employee friendly.

Job security is above average mostly if you are not extremely poor in your work you would not be fired.

Culture is very poor specially in projects they treat people like machines, 72 hrs working hours is compulsory without any over time payments. Senior leaders lack in long term vision mostly focus on short term benifits

regular training for skill development (but only if your manager relieves you for it), Compensation is better than competetors.

Worst top management, dont appreciate talent, expect people to do 12 hours without overtime. and still cuts their variable pay. please do not join this company just for money, you will regret it forever.

The mid management doesn't know how to grow retail and channel marketing. They don't trust their ground level employees and doesn't provide support. Here the pressure is immense and without any reason anytime your job can go
