As Sun Pharma recently received Great palace to work award in pharmaceutical and healthcare sector so work life balance is good as well as company conduct various events like family day , picnic, cultural programs, sun Milan etc in every year..so company culture is good as compared to others pharma RnDs.

Promotion period is very long, Average promotion period is at least 6-7 years..

Job security is there. Do not expect career growth. Learning environment depends upon your still it is low. For travel it dependa on work profile. Work life balance is as same as other corporate company, almost nill. Salary and appraisal is minimal as there is no career growth. Team mates again depends upon the type of person you get ( you can not decide this as parameter while applying )
