The work here gets us to be actively involved in real-world projects which has helped me gain hands-on learning this practical exposure has been a good boost for my career. The teammates and seniors are also supportive which makes working on complex projects a lot easier

The company understands the demands of our job and provides enough flexibility to handle tasks on our own. Some projects are more challenging but quite exciting. I love the company's approach to employee well-being.. we get good benefits and the salary is also time

Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Please let me know your insights. Update - Thank you for all the inputs everyone who all contributed to the discussion. I have actually made my decision, I will be joining ICS at technical lead - 37 LPA. They offered a sweet deal that is too good to resist.
