HR will say it's hybrid but after you join Airtel you got scam because some teams are not providing work from home even if you will be emergency situations or sick. Lots of micro management toxic leaders in team. Pune location food quality also worst. Lots of toxic work culture are there special in digital business information and security teams. I joined as Off-roll at 21000 in dec 2021 and still no promotion no roll in 2025 salary 25200 . Such much of politics NEC 2nd Floor NOC Manesar , whoever joined after me is promoted to ON Roll due to office politics.
