There is very good coordination and mutual understanding between teammates. All is in helping nature. We are very safe to do work in field because seniors and company take care of us. Here salary comes before the end of month i.e,before 1st of next month. Filling good to work here.

There is no any time to go home. Everyone stays till 07:30 pm atleast insteadof 06:30pm

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1. Outdated Tech: I’m worried that working with older tech will limit future opportunities. Should I stay or move to a role with newer technologies? 2. Salary: Is my current package competitive for my experience? What salary should I aim for if I switch? Seeking Advice: What modern technologies should I learn to stay relevant?
