There is a lot of field work. Salary is decent but when the target is not completed it wouldn't be paid out.

The job is quite interesting. I struggled a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training sessions. I learnt useful things on the job. I got a chance to wear hats and that helped me get a taste of different roles within the same team.
