I am working with this company from last 6 years. This is a best place i have worked in my career. Salary is always paid on time. Every year increment is done and that too with good amount of hike. deserving candidate gets even more. Promotion is also given to deserving candidate. ESOP (Company Share) even given to the Junior Engineer and Junior Officer level person. Every year Bonus is paid before diwali. Even during Covid, company paid us salary on time. some employee's who were not been able to come for duty were allowed to work from home that time and even paid for that. Manan Sir and Mayank sir (JMD) supported me during my bad time and stood by me to support my family during medical emergency. This is a fastest growing industry. Senior employees were found very clear with their task and Target. Kuchh seniors ka issue hai par yeh problem har jagah hota hai. If you are ready to brainstorm your knowledge and having attitude of go get done then only join this company otherwise leave it. More you will work with Logic, Clarity and Knowledge. More you will survive.

Joining se pahale sari chije samajh lena. Aapki CTC Structure, Aapka Job Profile, Reporting Structure etc. Chalisgaon HR se clarity ki ummid mat rakhna.

Best place to work for freshers. Plant heads door is always open for your query. HOD's are very supportive. Salary is always paid on time.

Plant head sir very supportive In quality department Mr.Aniket Palshikar, Mr.Arun Patil , mr.Anish Gupta supporting to each employee. Actually Aniket sir ,Arun sir ,Anish sir handling all activities in quality department. Company environment is very good.. Enjoyed and learned training which given in quality department.

Bad hr police. They conduct cricket tournament and when Hr Team not qualified for final then, Hr cancel tournament. And take and say if hr can't play then tournament cancel and noone can go again this decision of Hr head. There is politics present everywhere. Special Hr is not working like a Hr. They are treat everyone as a slave. You have to follow there order. No support from hr. That way no one want to work. Work culture is very bad....Read More

Too much high level politics.Very toxic work environment .No job satisfaction No technical support from Higher Management only asking Production. High level of Dissatisfaction. All DM,AM work like supervisors/Helpers Nothing to learn and develop technical skills.Everytime feels like demotivated. Only some persons of Higher Management are Good by Behaviour and supportive.
