learned lot of things while working here, I can say best place to understand how any top level management works and follow policies under any organization

Dislikes

almost 70% staff is old and criticizing and they always think they are too much higher than others. Politics is too much here if you are kind they think you are a fool and always try to downgrade you by doing something that's very common there, but still it depends on which department you are posted

my work is not much challenging as such but at first three months i take time to understand things how they work, basically I was incharge of solving user queries and maintain records of them and also manage team according the work

I m a gratuate apprentice. But one thing i should say surely ,BPCL always treat us their own employee. They are giving knowledge, experience, operations of machines, pumps ,carousel, Dealing with public as a management trainee. Giving proper knowledge about sales also

Contractor and labour are not very intrested in their work
