There is a good carrier growth at BPCL. Everything is best. CTC, benifit. Only thing is employee have to move every three or four years from one location to another

Transfer able job in every three or four years. Very difficult to manage both professional and personal life

Work-Life Balance is zero there is no fixed time you have to 24/7 in order to achieve targets in sales as well as in engineering too. I prefer if your not permanent then don't stay for longer period there you won't have any skills after getting out in order to get another job.
