No policies for future and career growth. Lack of leadership in top management. Till it's merger it's pathetic place to work. No career growth nothing only full of exploitation.

Worst company to work with.whole system is collapsed. No growth opportunities, uncleared employees policies,worst work culture kind of bureaucratic environment,no financially growth. Better to be unemployed than work here.
