Only good thing about working here is stay, Refinery residential township, amenities available inside are good.

no benefits, No Raise, only buttering works here, does not matter how are you work or how good you are in your job, If you are not favourite PET of your boss you wont get raise or praise.

Worst company to work with.whole system is collapsed. No growth opportunities, uncleared employees policies,worst work culture kind of bureaucratic environment,no financially growth. Better to be unemployed than work here.
