Job security and accomodation facilities are some of the biggest perks for employees of Bharat Oman Refineries Limited

Job security - Excellent

Dislikes

Compensation is not at par with PSU companies, no clarity regarding HR policies. This company is good for freshers especially those who desire to acquire good managerial skills but if someone with 3-4 years experience wants to do lateral switch might not like it and can expect career stagnation. Those who can't live in a remote place must refrain from joining

Work Details

If you're in operations then work could be hectic. For people with less than 10 years, will have to come in rotational shifts and could affect health, so would suggest them to take extra care of their health, diet, routine life
