Very unhygienic branch, management not supportive, very bad timing (like 6 am to 1 pm), No work - life - balance,I recommend to you all you can not join this company.

Company is good but not take care about their employees work life balance. There is no life after working in the company.

Working time and policy is worst. Working time Morning 6am to mid night 12 am usually. There is no policy for it.

This company inmates to look like mnc but in reality is just another micro finance company where rules and ethics are first thing thrown out of window .at first I thought the senior management doesn't know about this but it was crystal clear these were the work culture created by them only

The only good thing working there was perks and benefits in terms of incentives. Apart from that in terms of Job security also organization was good, only the people who were involved in any type of fraudulent activities were removed. A lot of people stayed there for as long as 15-20 years.

So if you are someone who has done management course by any chance please do not join this organization, otherwise you will be compelled to leave after 6-7 months. There is nothing like work life balance here, for an instance I was being being scolded in very derogatory words for not attending meeting from laptop, instead I joinedfrom mobile at 9 PM. There will be meeting everyday starting 8:30 PM to around 11:30 PM. You will have to do field visit and collect loan installment, a lot of customers in process will abuse you and sometime even will start fighting....Read More

When I joined the company I was taken on Associate post ( I have 2 year experience) and now the new employee is being taken directly to Executive post and the Associate post has been removed. My Salary for 2 year is 14700/- monthly. What is going wrong with the old employee.

There is nothing to be liked, as a slave after working for 12-14 hrs hours you get your salary on time that's it. The company has made several policies but there is no strategy which is why attrition rate is increasing.

Dislikes

It should get the title of Worst Place to work rather than Great place to work. I believe the reason there is huge attrition in field staff and poor salary structure than other finance organisations which creates the real trouble for HR Endless Recruitment and Endless Attrition which continues as there is no one who could address the problems.

Obviously you'll be getting a handsome amount of salary, Travel & daily hotel allowances etc at perfect time. No delay. Chances of getting laid off is negligible, if you don't commit any financial misappropriation or POSH cases.

Dislikes

You won't have any work life balance here. Those long conference calls will haunt you till death. Incentives structure is very poor at supervisory levels. Excessive travel & field work for higher managers also.
