No end to list. Here HR Department is special. No where in the world you find such employee grilling procedures. In every mail they talk about 2 things. Dress code and Cutting salary. Forgot about increments. Increment cycle is like every two years.. Hahaa.. Funny yes. Really 2 years. When go, no proper and timely releaving. And loose all benefits. The company is good, there is no doubt, but they have a very hardworking process, for freshers this company is good for the learning process and developing their skills, and they have some employee benefits as well, but your CTC shows something and your payslip shows something, be aware of it.

HR and their unknown policies are big issues in this company, over the night they remove staff from the company without any notice and they ask staff to resign forcefully if we ask anything they always say that it is company policy, but you cannot see any policy in this company, every department has internal politics to keep colleagues down, some of the staff needs to work 24/7 without any comment, if we ask, then we have to face some terrific consequences, and do not ask anything about the Higher Management, I have no words to say about them, you can see some other reviews from Ambition Box and can understand....Read More
