Nothing is good here......they tell us to work with irregular shifts and extra hours ,but doesn't pay for that.......Not satisfied......If our CTC is 21k we get 10k by hand ...most of the salary is deducted for cuttings

Worst policy. they show 45 k per month, and gave 31 k per month. 14 k deduct under companies policy.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3.
