Don’t have proper structural organisation setup, Marketing , Product , HR don’t have such setup will function like small company. Can’t learn anything from here especially ppl will manipulate most thinks.

Nothing is good about the company. No training, No accident benifits, No Mediclame, No work and life balance.

Worost job culture, No skill development program, there is a huge difference between in hand salary and CTC. No training is organised in joining time. No timings for ph calls, upper management can call you in midnight also. And above all there is no HR team in company, only Sales Admin is there who is handling the salary, expense details and issuing the offer letter on the basis of recommendation.
