Nothing is good here.

This company is the worst they only know how to take advantage of their employees and not pay them the amount they deserve. They will give you a calculation and tell you this will be the salary but will cut a huge chunk of amount when the salary is to be arrived. They will say it is a mistake but they are doing it intentionally just to make their employees resign as they are bankrupt.

No appraisal since more than 1.5 years of joining. Work from home employees being forced to work on national level holidays whereas in-office employees are getting the off-day.

After you resign from the job, they will deduct many things unnecessarily and even if you deserve your hard-earned money, they will not provide it saying that it cannot be regularized or reversed now. they also deduct Internet reimbursement, and unnecessary leaves and when you disagree with their FNF settlement, first they donot respond to your email several days and then they will come up with excuse that even if you are liable for it, we cannot compensate it. I am highly disappointed by their dealing of salary for teachers. They deduct a lot of amount from your salary unnecessarily once you leave the company....Read More

They appointed teachers as a full time employee earlier, then suddenly changed them to contractual workers.The teachers are playing a huge and important role being the face of the on their services, but they don't treat them well only. They are not allowed to take even one day leave monthly. And they cut a huge amount of payouts on the name of bizarre penalties. Also there is no appraisal policy.

1. Feels like bonded labour 2. No emergency leave policy 3. Changing payment policies after joining at their own convenience. I joined as a full time employee with fixed payment and they changed policy to hourly pay suddenly, with tons of penalty and no emergency leave policy. 4. Very bad for mental well being.
