There is nothing good about the firm. They try to provide a false narrative to make you stick with the firm for a longer period on the OJT period and paying you Rs.10000. It feels like the company has lot of inner problems like miscommunication. Gap between managers and employers. Such a big corrupted firm they are. They are not proving any value to your child but just trying to make there life even more worse. It is so much worse. They ask there employees to ask distressed families to pay the amount or harass them by calling multiple times....Read More

Dislikes

The company is not fundamentally good. Whole firm work on a fraud model by harassing parents on daily basis. Calling 15 times a day for payment or trying to abuse there clients is there major success. They exploit employees on the National holidays as well. The founding team, I believe are bunch of child with zero knowledge of how to run the business.

Politics , no growth opportunity, felt almost like I was in a scam , no promotion s for almost 2 years. No proper insurance , no proper support, treat employees as slave s. After the management change and it went to the wrong hands were the management dint had any experience people to run the authority . Its not good company onlyif you looking for survival join and leave it as soon as you get a better opportunity. Or you will be a part of the toxic culture. Parents and kids and their trust which has got nothing to do with company except they connect us using the name of so called Human calculator Bhanu!

Fraud company, I will tell you their pattern! 1. Invest a lot of money in advertising and marketing! get kids by sales team and demo by poor trainers who have no choice! Dear parents, be careful, these people speak lies and fake promises and ignore after sales. Dear Trainers, do not give your loyalty to this fraud company as they misuse you. 2. While hiring they create hopes, they say you are the employee of the company! BUT DO YOU WORK IN A COMPANY WHICH DONT GIVE YOU EXPIREANCE LETTER? YES, this is how this company cheated many trainers saying that you as a VENDOR employee in the end! (it means you are not officially the employee but third party!) 3. Too much work pressure and penalties for their mistakes 4. Curriculum of Bhanzu is not prepared by so called NILAKANTA BHANU, but by immature curriculum team. They attribute it to Bhanu! They plagiarizes the work of others too! 5. Salary is not fixed but keeps changing just like Tuglaq dynasty. 6. One of the funniest thing is upskilling programme which has no use ( you have to keep on getting upskill for UKG classes which has not help to you outside of this company nor in this company! There is literally no leave here they just give 5 classes off in a month after that every class you are absent they penalize 500 rupees ...so if you are not working for 2 day with 6hr work day you are paying 3500 out of your salary on top of not receiving the salary for that period...no emergency leave or bereavement or medical leave allowed without penalty

Everything here is good. My growth in this organisation has been amazing. The management is very open-minded and approachable. Several times, I have been able to just walk up to people and think out loud. Overall, would recommend this experience to those who believe in learning and growing together.
