Good work environment and culture teammates are supportive and the management is transparent there is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for very good company policies are good appraisal are very fair and they give good salary hike and bouns every year and employees safety first and also employees family safey good and migration to hole family

Notice period, early join

My current company notice period is two months 23-Dec-2024 to 20-feb-2024. But my new employer asking for early join ie 3rd of feb! I requested for early relieve to My current employer. Verbally they agreed to relieve two weeks early but now they not ready to relieve early. They want me to complete two months notice period. My new employer asking to join early! What can I do?
