Dislikes

Just that there are few managers are excellent with micro management to extent that they need to know about employees personal life as well. And though they say it's open door policy but it only one like for example if we have to leave company we have serve 60 days but if the company is asking you to leave it's only 30 days. That too without any compensation for even a month. According to me this not fair on employee side. I pretty much aware that this feedback will not be shown....Read More

I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. I also plan to do the same but my current role is too good. No work pressure, helpful colleagues. From last organization which was super toxic this is a gem.
