Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Great opportunity I have received to work with best. In all aspects the company is good. Company can give you a good start in recruitment sector. Many of the people who are currently working in MNCs had been started their career from best only. So overall it's a good company.

Dislikes

The hierarchy is the only hurddle in the company. Employees don't get the reward and recognition for what they deserve. So this is the only -ve point in best.

Its was a learning from the joining. Everyday we came across many new things. So if you have a learning attitude you will enjoy the work.

work culture is very bad.The salary here is very low and there is a 12 hour working hours in which if you are late for 2 minutes your salary is deducted.You will get a salary of 8k to 10k. Experience letter and joining letter are not given. So this will make you feel like an educated labour.

And as for what it feels like, it is nothing like feeling good.
