From my point of view it is most most 3rd class company, if you have no another option then you will come to BBPL otherwise you will continue to your current employer . There is no particular job for a store executive. As a store executive your main job is loading /unloading, labour management & others laborious job, no system work,daily walk upto minimum 9 to 10 km. (Interviews time they are saying system work jobs, but after join your career life is totally down like that me) No job satisfaction, no career growth, no job security.
