If only there was only option 0 or negetive rating. You cannot learn a single thing from them as the founding member is only clueless about any destination. Most of the people are unproductive and has zero knowledge about the work their doing. The company founding member sits with some employees and gossip/talk shit about other employees. Most of the employees are unproductive and clueless about their own the job/role.
