Nothing the worst company ever worked. It's a scam they make you sign a bond for two years and send notices to your home and email. They are frauds.

They pramote person who able to teach other new joiners,beacause they can't afford experience employee salary, so that they hire new fresher and teach them, in that why they can maintain there salary cost. So this company is not for long term untill and unless you have a skill to teach other new employees.

Compensation are not par with industry and you won't get a good appraisal even if you've done everything because they have pre defined appraisal set for you. There are barley 1 event for employees bonding in 2 quarters and biggest disadvantage is for WFH employee. If you're not favourite of your manager then you won't get what you ask for, no matter you're good fit for that or not. Organisation have experience & so politics is at the peak. Appraisal & promotion is given to the fav person only. No appreciation for hard work. R&R is given to one group of people only. People asking for wfh who live too far from home not given wfh & people in the city are given. Travel facility is a myth, they give less salary and provide travel.
