Vague rules & regulations,watch out on leave policy,6months no leave credits,2yrs contract+2months salary retention,not suitable for CA pursuing students,not suitable for married women as no medical nor maternity leaves,no PF benefit and overall nothing in benefit of employees

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
