I was hired under a contract. For the above asked questions the BECIL doesn't even consider for contract staff. Job under BECIL contract is a sample of discrimination. I will not suggest you. They are not responding to principal employer & employees. Its been near 2 years no government holidays & festival holidays except 3 day(Independence day,republic day,Gandhi jayanthi), no medical even our work place is hazardous in nature, no increase in salary & fighting to get salary on time. Not responding head office in terms of any help, I would like to rate minus 5 star...Read More
