I love the fact that I am a part of a team that markets reliable,products that they make are of high quality. In this company I take the best training about work,safety training is very good,and in this company I got training of manlift operator. Company paid Salary always on time. They are familiar with everyone.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
