The team I worked with was the worst. No growth was there. Employees buttering the seniors used to get good ratings i.e. employees aren't judged by their performance. You need to butter your Team Lead & Manager to get appraisals (which I didn't do and got zero appraisals in 2+ years). Also, I was mentally harassed by senior membersof my team, and even after complaining no action was taken but I was told to leave the organization quietly. I used to report to the US team from where I always received a 4 rating or plus (out of 5), and from my project client I always received the same... but my team lead and manager put me into the process improvement process every time I was due for an appraisal. Dislikes

Everything... work culture, employees, senior management people - how badly they treat their new recruits... it's too bad. Even after leaving the organization I dropped my feedback to the HR department but they too didn't take any action against the senior employees.
