1. No job satisfaction 2. No technical discussions over the requirement, blindly want to execute the work and process team which is useless over site making fun out of their knowledge. 3. So much wastage of time, money & resourses over repeated mistakes and repeated work due to improper planning and clarity. 4. Site head enjoying the puppet show of process people and blindly believing on them and screwing the service team. 5. Really demotivating & de moralising to work and downfall started. 6. Will get into situation at one point of time that not to work anymore with this organisation as gmp is being diluted, safety is compramised in the plant by keep on loading the equipment in already congested blocks and quality god only knows. 7. Top management need to take it seriously before some thing happens on safety front and some group of SLT's making the hell thinking of their own benifits and ruining the plant future by temporary solutions. 8. No recognition over hard work and during increment & promotion they dont look for sincerity at work and hard work, they purely give it to the one who can and will massage them. 9. Site head is not thinking over long term goals and future of plant, blindly believing on a pack of wolves and taking decisions rather than beliving on pride of lions which is going to cost a lot in future....Read More
