Position code - 1A

Designation - excutive engineer

Reports to: Deputy chief Manager

Background: Should have experience in API plant maintenance

Experience: Min. 6 years

Qualification: DME / B. Tech - Mechanical

Key Roles & Responsibilities

1. Receive work orders and allocate work to technicians.
2. Ensure works are completed within time and close work orders.
3. Coordinate with Production, warehouse, EHS, QC and other users to solve maintenance works.
4. Executing modification works in coordination with user / electrical/ instrumentation teams as per P&ID.
5. Ensure GMP system is followed, while performing any maintenance activity.
6. Ensure safety permits / PPE are followed while performing any maintenance activity.
7. Ensure environmental practices are followed.
8. Ensure good housekeeping is maintained at the workplace.
9. Observe unsafe acts and conditions and take corrective & preventive actions immediately OR report to seniors.
10. Coordinate with mechanical/ electrical/ utility/ instrument team to complete the Breakdown works of his area.
11. Verification and measurement certification of vendor bills as per ARC/Quotation.
12. Conduct training to the team.
13. Follow maintenance sop s while performing any activity.
14. Ensure Good engineering practice is followed.
15. Spares management
16. Coordinate with service providers to get the works done.
