The hybrid model of the organisation is the best. It’s unlike other organisations who just promise hybrid during interview but then show their true colours after joining.

Inspite of disclosing all things in interview, the management takes you even if you are weak in an area and then they transfer you to another dept. the candidates entire profile goes for a toss due to this. Interviews should be properly conducted and candidates should be taken based on their skills rather than transferring to other dept not wished for.
