Earlier it used to be Culture and company policies. But since the management has changed it’s a pathetic situation. Old employees at senior level of 22+ years in the organisation has also been sacked.

Every policy is the worst. All the employees are made to join on off roll but there is no policy to make them on roll, there is no fixed time for coming and leaving, office timing is from 9:30 am to 5:30 pm but you have to come before time and at closing time you have to come at 8 am and there is no fixed time for leaving. Comoany want to change but emp are not accordingly work and dont take stand for their team. So insecurity to be created amd in a team trust to be maintain for progess.

Come witj good packedge and forget to hike even after grade or position promotion. No critaria on designation basis. Check only number in laptop. All day working with ling working hours.

This is my second mother I start my career 2011 nov till now iam the mahindra family. I have small suggestion in future we can do less paper work business like bank. We can do better then bank but some were missing salary customers they prefer bank. We are giving quick dispendment but some paper missing we can't give same days. This my suggestion our mahindra
